A total of 135 households joined the Vivid at the Yates community earlier this Spring in Chard’s first attainable homeownership project, having paid between 8% and 12% below market value to secure their homes. The success of Vivid—which was first brought to market in late 2017 and sold out within nine months’ time—inspired us to introduce a similar opportunity at Haven. Like Vivid, Haven is made possible through an innovative partnership with BC Housing and represents a bold new concept in homeownership. Haven offers middle-income British Columbians a “leg up”… qualified buyers put down 10% and we match it!
