Elenore on Fifth Homeowners Information Session
As Elenore on Fifth enters its finishing stages, the Chard team is preparing to welcome its new residents to the Mount Pleasant neighbourhood. Along with the Elenore’s General Contractor team and Strata Management team, the Chard team had the pleasure of sharing an evening with our Elenore purchasers for a Homeowner Information Session at Heritage Hall on Main Street earlier this week.
While homeownership is a very exciting milestone, the process can also be overwhelming. At Chard we always do our best to create an effortless experience for our purchasers. That is why as part of our Chard Customer Care program, we hold Homeowner Information Session – a meeting for all purchasers in the months prior to their building being completed. It’s our opportunity to ensure that homeowners know what they can expect from us and ensure that they are supported throughout the closing and move-in period. And it’s our homeowners’ opportunity to get to know the team they’ll be counting on throughout the process and ask any questions they may have.
We are excited to share that the room was filled with anticipation and excitement as our team welcomed homeowners to the Chard family and walked them through what they can expect over the next few months! Our new Mount Pleasant residents also had the opportunity to meet their new neighbours over some local neighbourhood treats. The evening was a great success and we can’t wait to hand over the keys to these new homeowners this Spring!
