The Royals

The Royals is a mixed-use, purpose-built rental development in the heart of Central Lonsdale in the City of North Vancouver. This project includes upgrades to an existing 16-storey building constructed in 1968 and construction of a 23-storey infill rental building. A total of 256 secured rental homes—studios, one, two and three bedroom residences—and over 20,000 sq.ft of commercial space were constructed on this site, which includes 14 secured rental homes for the YWCA, a mid-block pedestrian walk-way and plaza, public art and rooftop residential amenities.
