Chard Announces Formation of Fully Integrated Property Management Company, Chard Property Group

Chard is proud to announce the formation of Chard Property Group (CPG), a fully integrated property management company and sister company to Chard Development.

Chard Property Group grew out of a desire to bring a fully integrated, knowledge-based approach to property management,” said President and CEO, Byron Chard. “We recognized the value in providing services that extend through development and into property management. We created CPG to bring a dedicated focus to both client and tenant satisfaction through a comprehensive management program.”

CPG offers property management services across many asset classes – including residential rental, office and commercial assets – in Western Canada. Services include tenant relations and retention, accounting and reporting, lease and contract administration, property maintenance, capital planning, personnel training, and quality assurance. Services are available to select third-party property owners whose assets align with Chard’s strategic value add approach and expertise.

Led by Vice President of Property Management, Renee St. Germaine, CPG assumed responsibility for property management of three significant real estate assets on April 1, 2023.
