On January 18, a Topping Off Celebration was held at the site along Cook and Yates Street in Victoria to mark the significant milestone of our building NEST reaching full height!
Despite the snowy conditions, the trades working on this project enjoyed warm Australian-style pies from Saltchuck Pie Company’s food truck, and donned shirts recognizing both of the projects at the site – NEST & Haven – that they’ve been hard at work on over the last two years.
NEST broke ground in 2022 and after months of shoring and pouring concrete for both the below-grade parking and the building’s elevator core, NEST reached ground level in spring 2023; and has been steadily rising level-by-level since.
Now at its full 12-storey height, the focus will turn to completing the building exterior and finishing the interiors for these 107 new homes. Looking to be one of the happy homeowners moving into Nest this year? A few select suites remain available, reach out to us for more details.
