Last Friday, November 18th the Victoria Hospitals Foundation hosted its 30th annual Vision’s Gala at the beautiful Fairmont Empress in Downtown Victoria. In support of our local hospitals, the event celebrates local care teams and aims to raise funds to purchase new equipment for the hospital. Guests enjoyed a five-course gourmet dinner, live entertainment, and the signature live and silent auctions.
Chard was proud to be among the sponsors of this year’s gala in support of Victoria’s Hospital! The gala raised a record-breaking donation of over $1.5 million! These funds will be directly used to support the purchase of a new Automated Chemistry Line for The Royal Jubilee Hospital.

Our healthcare workers and hospitals are the heart of our communities, thus supporting them by providing the tools they need to do their jobs is essential to creating successful, healthy communities and is an important cause for Chard.
Because of donor support for our local hospitals, our most vulnerable residents can receive the vital medical interventions they need, when they need them. Supporting the hospitals foundation is crucial to creating and maintaining healthy, inclusive communities.
