Developed in partnership with Knightstone Capital Management, this purpose-built hotel will revitalize the historic Duck’s Building bringing 135 much-needed hotel rooms, along with supporting retail, to Victoria’s Old Town District. The project will celebrate and preserve the historical significance of the Duck’s Building and Duck’s Alley with a focus on revitalization, preserving key heritage components and supporting the economic renewal of Downtown Victoria and the Old Town District.
