Exciting progress is being made at 2735 E Hastings at the corner of Slocan and Hastings. Our team celebrated the structure reaching full height back in June with a topping off celebration, and since then, work has continued both inside and outside the structure.
On the exterior, trades are hard at work completing the building envelope and installing brick cladding. Inside, drywall installation is underway on the upper floors which will be followed by installation of cabinets, flooring, and paint.
Looking forward, permanent power will be installed over the coming weeks, and with a spring 2024 completion on the horizon, we can’t wait to deliver these 70 purpose-built rental homes to the Hastings-Sunrise neighbourhood!
