With the formation of Chard Property Group (CPG) – a fully integrated property management company and sister company to Chard Development – we’ve brought a knowledge-based approach to property management. Leading the way for the CPG team is Renee St. Germaine, Vice President of Property Management.
In her role with CPG, Renee draws on over 20 years of experience in all aspects of property management as well as residential, office and retail leasing to provide strategic direction and oversight. An innovative thinker with a proven track record of facilitating success in cross departmental execution of asset plan and overall asset performance, Renee is passionate about building strong and dynamic relationships with clients and colleagues and delivering best in class services and results.

How long have you been with Chard and how long have you been in the industry?Â
I have been at Chard for 6 months, I have been in the industry for 23 years.
What does your day-to-day look like in your role?
 Every day is interesting, dynamic and rewarding. We have a number of new assets under management and several projects in the pipeline that keep me very busy.Â
What is a recent win or highlight you’ve had at work?Â
I joined Chard 6 months ago to spearhead the development of Chard Property Group. Launching Chard Property Group has been a career highlight. I’m thrilled with the platform and service offering we have created and the values Chard represents.

What is something you are looking forward to in your personal life?
I am looking forward to visiting Italy and Croatia with my sons. Â
