Since the demolition of Cook Street Plaza in late 2021, the construction team has been working hard on site to bring us to one of the most exciting milestones in the construction process – we’re excited to share that NEST is officially out of the ground!
Work on the parkade and building’s core below ground is complete and formwork on the 12-storey concrete structure has begun as the building’s first level slab pour was completed earlier this month and perimeter walls have been set – those passing by the site will really start to see the structure continue to rise above ground over the next few months as formwork continues and the exterior walls begin to enclose the building!
