This also marked the completion of Club Royals – a 3,300 SQFT amenity space at the penthouse level – and the 5,000 SQFT Signature Rooftop Terrace with 360-degree views just one level above. Featuring a fully equipped gym with Peloton bikes, a media & games room, a party room and a social lounge, as well as a study room, Club Royals offers resort-style living that’s ideally located in Central Lonsdale. Which is why almost 90% of homes in Tower 1 are now occupied and over 50 households have already settled into Tower 2!
Tower 2 is also home to 14 deeply affordable suites for single mothers and their children, made possible through partnership with YWCA. In addition to the modern and spacious homes, a shared private amenity room and terrace space were designed to foster community among these residents.
